I am an advanced user of Outlook, and in my first few days of trying SendLater, it appears the product was designed for a more casual user. That said, this chat was extremely helpful in explaining exactly how SendLater works, so I can tailor my follow up protocol to work within the parameters of SendLater. Also, the SendLater team is looking to see if there is a custom solution available for me. I really appreciate this level of service!! All of my questions have been answered so far other than the customization. I appreciate your team taking the time to consider my application, and verify a solution, not just give an answer on a whim. Really useful when i'm up late to delay mail to friends so as not to disturb them cos they now use smartphone for their morning alarms!! Easy to use, nice

It would be great to have this program send messages while the computer is logged off just like Boomerang works. Also, it would be nice for it to work mobile devices as well (just like Boomerang).
